Sometimes you know exactly why you’re struggling.
Sometimes you just know something needs to be different.

Dr. Kimberly Forbes-Dyczkowski

You may be exhausted from trying to hold everything together. Maybe you keep falling into the same patterns despite trying to change them. Your relationships may feel different, your health or circumstances may have changed, or the life you are living may not look the way you thought it would. You may be living with anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, or a serious mental health condition, or trying to support someone you love who is struggling. Or perhaps nothing is obviously “wrong,” but something within you no longer feels quite right. You don’t need a name for it, to understand why it is happening, or to know what needs to change before reaching out.

At MindWell Psychology Group, these questions and the ones you have not yet found the words for have a place. We believe therapy begins by slowing down, listening deeply, and becoming curious about the whole person rather than focusing only on symptoms or a diagnosis. Together, we can explore the what, how, and why of what you are experiencing: how your relationships, life experiences, physical and emotional health, identity, environment, losses, strengths, and values have shaped where you are today and what you want moving forward. You don’t have to arrive with the answers. We can begin with what you know and remain curious about what you don’t.
